Lisa Eriksson, accordeon | Hanna Wiskari Griffiths, soprano saxophone

When Lisa Eriksson, accordeon, and Hanna Wiskari, soprano saxophone, met through the music in 2001 they found each other immediately. Ever since they have played together in a number of various bands and projects and have interpreted both traditonal and original Swedish folk music on their, for the genre, unusual instruments. As a duo Lisa & Hanna plays music that carries tracks of travels, both geographical and musical - from the small town Bingsjö in Sweden to Buenos Aires.

The duo is playing with harmonies and colours, melody playing and improvisations and invites the listener to follow in this journey.

Lisa & Hanna have both been studying at Bollnäs Folkhögskola, the College of Music in Göteborg and at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm and are experienced musicians that can be seen and heard in many different bands.
